Oregon State University, graduated with a BS in Math in 1967; Electrical Engineering was my minor. Continuous Modeling, Simulation, & Optimization were/are main subjects. After a lay-off in 1991, I started writing my math casebook, goal-driven.net/textbooks/, showing how to solve most math problems. 32 years later the book is completed plus a website, 4 apps developed, and front-end for a compiler developed in order to show the new Calculus (level) computer language that makes solving math problems very easy. This language takes an 'automobile' level computer to a 'airplane' level computer. Design solution times drop by ~95%; i.e. what took 20 months is now done in less than 1 month and the solution is optimal. One app developed, ODEcalc, solves explicit or implicit Ordinary Differential Equations in a few minutes!
Experience
Volunteer Tutor at "Hearts with a Mission" for 5 years; 2010 to 2016. Calculus & Differential Equations main math studies. Minored in Electrical Engineering. Worked for Memorex Corp. on optimizing their Read-Right thin-film-head for disc drive production. Worked at Lockheed Missiles & Space Co. trying to use spectral estimation algorithms to detect whether on coming satellite was a friend or foe.
